At Puzzlestoy.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. Not all purchases are going to be perfect. As hard as we try, things may not always arrive as expected. With that in mind, we offer a 30-day return policy.
If you don't like your product after placing an order, please email us within 12 hours to cancel your order. If more than 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel it for you. Because this is an international parcel, once the parcel is processed by the logistics company, it can't be canceled and refunded.
All products purchased from Puzzlestoy.com are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition, including the packaging. Items that have been used, assembled, or modified are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service: service@puzzblestoy.com within the 30-day return window. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping and Handling
If you are returning an item that is not due to our error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at service@puzzlestoy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and either replace it or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items.
Exceptions
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
